Founded in 2019 in Crosby, Texas, and newly relocated to Baytown, Texas in 2025, we are a testing and fabrication partner dedicated to technology scale-up. We support customers in refining, petrochemical, energy, and low carbon/sustainability sectors by transforming innovative ideas into industrial reality.

With over 100 years of collective engineering experience, our team specializes in applications including circulating fluidized bed/FCC, hydrotreating, pyrolysis, and fractionation.

Over the past seven years we have built and operated a diverse range of pilot testing equipment - from bench scale fixed bed units to 70-ft-tall cold flow circulating fluid bed units.

Our core capabilities include:

• Turn-key solutions: Design/construction/delivery of specialized equipment tailored to specific customer requirements
• On-site operations: 24/7 operations of pilot plants focused on catalyst, feedstocks, existing process optimization, and new process development
• Consulting services: Advanced scale-up support including process modeling, kinetics/hydrodynamic evaluation, and reactor design
